Del 5 al 10 de diciembre se podrán tramitar solo a través de la página web de la institución.
Quienes sean clientes y no cuenten con usuario para hacer la gestión web, deben ir a un cajero automático con la tarjeta del Brou, y posteriormente solicitar usuario y contraseña.
La gerenta general del Banco República, Mariela Espino, recordó que los préstamos solicitados a través de Internet tienen una tasa de bonificación mayor.
En tanto, a partir del 10 de diciembre se habilitará las solicitudes presenciales para quienes cobren su jubilación a través del Brou.
Sin embargo, como consecuencia de la pandemia se dividirá el flujo de clientes en tres días teniendo en cuenta el último dígito de cédula.
A modo de ejemplo, el jueves 10 de diciembre podrán tramitar el préstamo aquellas personas con terminación de cédula 0, 1 o 2, y así sucesivamente.
Por último, el martes 15 de diciembre se habilitará con el mismo criterio a quienes no cobren su jubilación a través del Banco República.
Espino recordó que el trámite se podrá hacer en todas las sucursales del país con horario extendido desde las 9 de la mañana.
